We ship USPS. We do not use FED EX or UPS. We do not have same day shipping.


WHOLESALE:
We sell by quantity discounts. The more you buy the more you save. For example, one pen is $10 but 20 pens are $5 each. We do not require a tax #. The beads are already at wholesale pricing. If you would like to order 100 or more pieces, please contact us directly. Some items at 100 pieces can have a further price break.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES:
These charges are estimates. If your items will fit into a flat rate envelope and you are charged more than $5.45 you will receive a refund or the adjustment will be made before your order is processed. If you have any questions about shipping charges, please email us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

The post office has raised their shipping charges. We try to estimate by the price of your order how much your shipping will be. If you are overcharged when you place your order and your shipping is less, you will receive a refund.
The priority box is $ 42.95 plus $1 for the invoice sent in a separate envelope. The Global priority flat rate box will hold up to 40 pounds. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is less and the charges will be adjusted accordingly.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Although we do our best to keep our catalogue up-to-date, there may be occasions when we are out of stock of the items you ordered. If this is the case, we will refund your credit card if the item is not expected within 10 days. The lampwork beads are all hand-made. If they are out of stock we will send them when the artist sends them to us.

NO CASH REFUNDS. RETURNED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL GET A CREDIT. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Please check your order carefully when it arrives.
